About Our Founder

Founder head shot

Robert Hangu founded Next Operations to bring the latest voice automation to the businesses that benefit from it most: association management firms, HOAs, strata corporations, flat management companies, and the teams who keep them running day to day.

Today's AI automation is truly impressive, but it requires technical skill to tap into. There's a disconnect between AI builders and real businesses who can benefit the most from it.

Robert's mission is to bridge that gap.

He brings 10+ years of experience in the tech industry and has worked alongside some of London's fastest-moving tech startups in the early 2020s.

He co-founded two logistics startups in the city, delivering construction materials to home service companies in central London.

Since the AI revolution, Robert has been helping service-first businesses automate their phone operations through human-sounding voice solutions.

He started his career as a software engineer at Skype and SAP, and holds a M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence from the KIT in Germany.
